Cruises depart from Kewalo Basin Harbor - Slip F21, located at 1009 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu, HI 96814. Kewalo Basin Harbor is about a 15 to 20-minute drive from most resorts in Waikiki. Look for the big red sign that reads "Hawaii Glass Bottom Boats." You can find it at the front of the harbor along Ala Moana Boulevard, close to the entrance near the cross street at Ward Ave.

### Is parking available?

Yes, there is limited paid parking at either end of the harbor. Arrival by taxi or rideshare service is recommended.

### Are food and drinks available onboard?

Complimentary bottled water is provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including adult beverages. The tour operator has coolers with ice that you can use. Must be age 21 and over to consume alcohol on board.

### When should I arrive for my cruise?

You should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

The Haleiwa Queen is a 50-foot power catamaran with glass viewing ports on the bottom so you can see what’s going on underwater without ever getting wet. The boat can accommodate up to 49 people at a time.

### Is the boat handicap accessible?

Passengers must be able to step up onto the ramp, walk the ramp, and step down into the vessel, then passengers can be immediately seated. Walkers and collapsible wheelchairs may be brought on board, however motorized chairs or scooters are not allowed.
