* Visitors are discouraged from bringing large bulky items such as backpacks or luggage. Large bags, luggage, perishables, wallets, purses, musical instruments, bikes, computers, and other high-value items are not accepted in coat check.
* All exhibitions are wheelchair accessible; non-motorized wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis with ID and phone number required.
* Tickets must be redeemed at the Museum Ticket Desk. All visitors must go through a security checkpoint with wait times up to 1-2 hours during holidays and weekends.
