- Adler Planetarium: 500 E. Solidarity Drive (bus loading zone near entrance)

- Sheraton Grand Chicago: 441 N. Columbus Drive (across the street from NBC Towers)

### Are there any dates the bus tours do not operate?

Big Bus Tours Chicago usually operates daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day (subject to change without prior notice). Occasionally, severe weather and special event days could affect their service.

### Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Big Bus Tours provides wheelchair-accessible buses with lifts supporting up to 650 lbs combined guest and wheelchair weight. Not all buses are accessible. To arrange one at your preferred time and stop, call the number on your e-ticket at least 48 hours prior to your tour.
