### When should I arrive?

Your reservation time is your Biltmore House entry time. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your house entry time to park and catch the shuttle to Biltmore House. If you arrive late, the Biltmore staff will do their best to accommodate you, but may be unable to do so. Please note: Entry times sell out very quickly. If the time selected during your purchase is not available, the next available time will be assigned to your booking. Guests are also encouraged to arrive on the estate early to explore the gardens, grounds, shops, restaurants, and more.

### Do I need to pay for parking?

No, parking is included with estate admission.

### Is there parking near Biltmore House?

Yes, lots A and B are closest to the house and gardens, about an 8- to 10-minute walk. There's also a shuttle available for those who park in the satellite parking area. Round-trip ADA shuttle service is provided to Biltmore House from the Park & Ride Building (with accessible parking in Lot E).

### What if I arrive by taxi, Uber, or Lyft?

Rideshare services drop off at the designated lane near the Park & Ride Building by Lot C. Biltmore offers limited complimentary shuttles between select areas, but not estate-wide. For broader access, the Biltmore Connect shuttle is available for $15 per person (free for kids 9 and under) and runs between key estate locations.
