### Are rides open during Christmas Town Busch Gardens Williamsburg?

### Do Christmas Town tickets expire?
Yes, Busch Gardens Christmas Town tickets will expire at the end of the season in which they are purchased for. A date specific ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of purchase.

### How much is Busch Gardens Williamsburg parking?
General parking for cars, motorcycles, trucks or campers starts at $35 per vehicle. Preferred Parking starts at $55 per vehicle, and VIP Parking starts at $70 per vehicle. Fees are subject to change. ### Is smoking allowed at Busch Gardens?
Busch Gardens has designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas are smoke-free. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "Designated Smoking Area" signs, which are situated near most restrooms. These signs are marked on the park maps.

### Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair at Busch Gardens?
Strollers, wheelchairs and electric carts are available for a nominal fee. You must be 18 years of age to rent electric carts and wheelchairs.

### What happens if it rains?
Busch Gardens remains open during inclement weather, although some of the parks outdoor shows, rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. If your day is impacted by weather, visit Guest Relations before you leave to receive a ticket for a return visit as part of the park’s Weather-or-Not Assurance program. Please be advised that policy enactment is at the discretion of Guest Services. Parking, locker rentals, Quick Queue, All Day Dine, and additional upgrade purchases from initial visit are not included in your return visit. Weather-or-Not Assurance program may only be utilized by guests with a single-day ticket or multi-day ticket. You can also visit Busch Gardens direct website within one week of your visit date to submit a Weather-or-Not Assurance claim. Refunds are not issued for weather.

### Are coolers or picnic baskets allowed inside Busch Gardens?
No outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed to be brought into Busch Garden Williamsburg, except you may bring a bottle of water or a refillable water bottle. Exceptions may be made for Guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies and baby food/formula. Contact Park Security or Guest Relations upon your arrival at the park for approval to bring in special dietary foods.

### Does Busch Gardens Williamsburg have a first aid station?
Yes. The First Aid Station is located in the Ireland section of the park, just past Lorikeet Glen on the way toward France. Mobile first aid units are also available throughout the park. In case of an emergency, guests should contact the nearest Team Member for immediate assistance.

### Are there ride restrictions? How can I find out which ride or attractions are closed during my visit?
Some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. Please see the park's ride restrictions at the time of visit. You can check the current ride attraction schedule on the park's direct website. The schedule provides up-to-date information on any planned closures, helping you plan your visit accordingly. Attractions close for maintenance to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. Regular maintenance and improvements are necessary to keep the rides in top condition and provide the best possible experience for guests. We do not offer refunds for ride closures. Inclement weather may impact some rides. During these times, there is still plenty of indoor attractions, shops and restaurants to visit until weather passes.
