## FAQs

### Do I need to make a reservation prior to arrival?

Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets. A date-based ticket requires you to choose a start date when you purchase. Guests with a ticket with Park Hopper benefits can visit another theme park at any time of day during park hours (subject to capacity limitations).

### How does My Disney Experience work after I purchase my tickets?

You will be provided a My Disney Experience linking code immediately upon purchase. It will be listed on your Tripster voucher. You should visit a desktop computer (not the app) to link your linking code number to your Disney Experience account. The My Disney Experience allows you to manage your reservations, tickets, and daily itineraries on your My Plans page, view and update your profile, see your Disney PhotoPass photos taken at Walt Disney World Resort and update your Family & Friends list.

### Is there still a free option for expedited access to attractions?

All of the attractions will have either traditional standby or virtual queue options. To access the new Lightning Lane entrance, guests can either purchase the Lightning Lane Multi Pass for a variety of attractions or purchase and schedule an individual arrival time at some of their most highly demanded attractions (subject to availability).

### What is a Lightning Lane entrance?

A Lightning Lane entrance is a new queue available at select attractions and experiences through options guests can purchase to save time in line. To use a Lightning Lane entrance, a guest must select an arrival window through the My Disney Experience mobile app before embarking on the attraction or experience. You can purchase this feature through Disney directly. Option #1: Disney Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Guests who have purchased a Lightning Lane Multi Pass may select the next available arrival window for its Lightning Lane entrances, one at a time, throughout regular park hours for up to three experiences. More than 40 attractions and entertainment experiences across the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are included in the service. Lightning Lanes are an additional cost and can be purchased with your ticket type. Option #2: By Making an Individual Lightning Lane Entrance Purchase: Lightning Lane entrance as an “á la carte” purchase will be offered at a few of their most popular attractions. Pricing will vary by date, attraction, and park. This option can be purchased by all guests and lets you choose a time to arrive at the Lightning Lane entrance at up to 2 attractions each day (purchased one at a time).

### When can I make Lightning Lane selections?

Guests who have purchased the Lightning Lane Multi Pass can make their first selection at 7:00 AM on the day of their visit. For individual Lightning Lane purchases, guests of a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels* can make their first purchase starting at 7:00 AM on the day of their visit. All other guests can make their first purchase at the regular time the park opens. Pricing and availability will vary by date, attraction, and park. Be sure to check the My Disney Experience mobile app on the day of your visit for current prices and attraction availability.

### Will Lightning Lane Multi Passes and purchases of individual Lightning Lane attraction selections link to Disney MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile service?

Yes, guests can use their Disney MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile service to redeem their Lightning Lane selections as long as they link their valid ticket admission to their account. Please note that Lighting Lane is an additional cost and can be purchased through Disney directly.

### What is a MagicBand?

Your MagicBand allows you to enter the parks, unlock your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel room and buy food and merchandise. The MagicBand is not required but is a magical way to experience your visit.

### Are special ticketed events included with my admission ticket?

No, special event tickets such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and any other special ticket that permits admission for only part of the day/evening are not included. A special event ticket can only be purchased through Walt Disney World Resort directly.

### Where is Disney World located in Orlando, Florida?

Disney World is located southwest of Orlando, off I-4, west of Florida's Turnpike. For driving directions to Disney World, you can use the following GPS addresses:
- Magic Kingdom: 1180 Seven Seas Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
- EPCOT: 200 Epcot Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
- Disney's Hollywood Studios: 351 South Studio Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: 551 Rainforest Rd., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

### How much is parking at Disney World Resort in Orlando?

When driving to Walt Disney World resort and visiting the Magic Kingdom®, Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios® or Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, you can expect to pay the following parking fees:
- Standard Parking (car or motorcycle): $35 per day
- Preferred Parking (car or motorcycle): $50 to $60 per day
- Oversized Vehicle Parking (shuttle, limo, camper trailer, RV, bus or tractor trailer): $40 per day
Parking passes are good for all of the parks. If you purchased a Park Hopper ticket and plan on driving yourself, save the parking receipt and present it at the other parking lot entrance. With the exception of the Magic Kingdom, all of the parking is outside the main entrance to the theme park. At Magic Kingdom, the lot is located at the Ticket and Transportation Center. Once you park here, you will need to take either the Monorail or the Ferry to the Magic Kingdom.

### Which Walt Disney World restaurants take reservations?

Select restaurants at the 4 theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs take reservations. In addition, select dinner shows and special dining events also take reservations. Book reservations online through your Disney Experience account. Please note, lounges and quick-service restaurants do not offer reservations.

### Can a Disney Dining Plan be added on to my Walt Disney World Resort reservation?

No. A Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation when purchased through our website. If you wish to purchase a Disney Dining Plan, that must be done through Walt Disney World Resort directly at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Disney Dining Plans cannot be adjusted or added to your Disney Resort reservation upon arrival to the property.

### What's included with the Disney Park Hopper® vs Park Hopper® Plus Option?

Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus Options both include same-day admission to all 4 theme parks on each day of your ticket (Magic Kingdom, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios). In addition to access to all 4 theme parks, the Disney Park Hopper Plus Option also includes one of the following experiences per day of your ticket:
- One visit to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (currently unavailable)
- One visit to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
- One visit to Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports complex
- One round of FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
- Greens fees at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
- One round of mini golf at Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (before 4:00 pm)
- One round of mini golf at Disney's Winter Summerland Golf Course (before 4:00 pm)
A Disney Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option is the only theme park ticket that includes water parks. If you want to hop to multiple theme parks per day but don't want to visit the water parks, purchase the Park Hopper Option.

### Does the Park Hopper Option provide admission to the water parks?

No. Disney Theme Park Tickets with the Park Hopper Option do not include admission to the Disney water parks. However, Disney Theme Park Tickets with the Park Hopper Plus Option do include a certain number of admissions to the water parks—based on the number of days in your ticket. If you wish to visit a Disney water park, we recommend that you add the Park Hopper Plus Option to your ticket. Individual admission tickets are also available at the Main Entrance of each water park.

### Can I use a multi-day base ticket to enter more than one Walt Disney World® park per day?

No. Disney base tickets, even if purchased for multiple days, can only be used for one park per day. Guests cannot purchase base tickets, no matter how many days the tickets are valid for, and use them for more than one park per day. If you would like to visit more than one park per day, you will need to purchase a ticket with Park Hopper option. The Park Hopper allows you to enter the second park starting after 2 pm.

### Is there an expiration date on the tickets that I am ordering?

Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are valid for admission beginning on the selected start date and must be used within the valid use period provided at the time of purchase:

- 1-day – Expires on selected start date
- 2-day – Expires 4 days after start date
- 3-day – Expires 5 days after start date

These expiration dates also apply to Florida Resident Tickets. Add one extra day of use if Park Hopper® Plus option selected.

### What should I wear to Disney World? Is there any clothing that isn't permissible?

The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. We suggest you dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes and check the local weather report before you leave for the parks. Ensuring that the parks are family-friendly is an important part of the Walt Disney World® Resort experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.

### Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?

All theme park tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. The person who uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.

Guests are not allowed to bring wagons, skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, shoes with built-in wheels, two-wheeled or three-wheeled conveyances, strollers larger than 31" (79cm) wide and 52" (132cm) long, wagons, stroller wagons, alcoholic beverages, weapons, folding chairs, glass containers (excluding baby food jars and perfume bottles), suitcases and pets (unless they are service animals).

### Are wheelchairs and strollers available?

A $100 refundable deposit is required at Walt Disney World Water Park and Disney Springs. ECVs are $65 per day and require a $20 refundable deposit at Walt Disney World Theme Parks ($100 refundable deposit required at Walt Disney World Water Park and Disney Springs). Some rides and attractions may require a transfer from a wheelchair into an attraction seat.

### How much does it cost to rent a stroller?

Single strollers are available to rent for $15 per day, or you can reserve a multi-day rental at $13 for each day of your stay. A double stroller is $31 per day, or $27 per day with a multi-day rental. A $100 credit card deposit and photo ID are required.

### Are coolers permitted at Walt Disney World Water Parks (Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park & Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park)?

Coolers are permitted if within the specified size requirements, including those with wheels, although no cooler storage is available.

### Why do my Walt Disney World Resort e-tickets only have one name listed on them?

The name on the e-ticket is the primary ticket holder and will be the person picking up the tickets on your first visit, but the tickets are valid for everyone in your party by creating your Friends and Family in the Disney app.

### Is smoking allowed in the theme parks?

Smoking areas are no longer present inside Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks, or the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Designated smoking areas are available outside the entrances and at Disney Springs. Smoking areas are also available at Disney Resort hotels for guests with room or dining reservations.

### Can I cancel my tickets for a refund?

Tickets purchased through our site will list a cancellation/change policy on the voucher if it applies. The ticket can be canceled as long as they are within cancellation and have not been modified through Walt Disney Resort directly. Once modified, tickets are no longer refundable or cancelable, regardless the cancellation policy.
