- Not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
- Once a gift certificate code is applied to an order, any remaining balance stays with the code owner.

## Good to Know
- Certificates over $200 save 5%.
- Discounted certificates are valid for redemption 5 days after purchase.
- Gift certificate balances expire 2 years from date of purchase, without refund.
- Upon purchase, a gift code is provided; the physical certificate itself is not needed for redemption.
- Recipient name and message are optional when purchasing.
- Can be delivered by printing for hand delivery or sent via recipient email after purchase.

## Cancellation Policy
I understand the gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. I also understand that the certificate will provide a code for redemption, and once that code is applied to an order, any gift certificate balance will remain with the owner of the code.
