If you are docked in downtown Ketchikan, the arena is just a block off the cruise ship pier near Berth 1. No matter what ship you arrive on in downtown, turn right and walk to the end of the pier. If you are docked in Ward Cove, take a free 25-minute shuttle service to downtown Ketchikan. When you get off the shuttle, turn left and walk down the pier to the end.
