## Reviews

> "Overall the stay was OK but the property is really big and it gets confusing sometimes. The tram transportation was a bit limited for the size of the property, so there were times we had to walk a lot from parking to check-in and to our room. The pool areas were nice, especially the lagoon beach, but the water slide was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Prices inside the resort were high for food and drinks. We enjoyed the dolphin encounter and the luau was a great experience."

> "The resort has great potential, especially with its oceanfront location and amenities, but our experience was disappointing. The rooms felt dated and needed refreshing. Customer service was inconsistent with some staff being very helpful and others less so. The resort fee and parking fees add a significant cost so keep that in mind. The shuttle to the beach was convenient, but beware of extra charges for activities."

> "Buyer beware. The photos and description don’t match the reality of the hotel. It’s aging badly, and the rooms smell musty. The huge property means you spend a lot of time walking or waiting for trams. We found it overpriced considering the condition and the extra fees. The only good thing was location close to other activities."
