## FAQs

### Are there any age and physical restrictions?
iFLY welcomes flyers from 3 years old and up, with no upper age limit. However, certain physical and health conditions may prevent flight, such as pregnancy, recent surgeries, heart problems, or prior shoulder dislocations.

### What should I wear?
Dress in comfortable clothes that fit under a flight suit, like a t-shirt and pants/shorts. Opt for lace-up sneakers or athletic shoes and avoid items like jewelry, watches, or glasses that may fly off during your flight.

### Where is iFLY Atlanta located?
You can find iFLY Atlanta at 2778 Cobb Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339, near the Cumberland Mall and Cobb Galleria Centre.

### Is this experience appropriate for children?
Yes, iFLY welcomes children aged 3 and above. Those under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver and accompany them in the flight chamber.

### Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the location.

### Is iFLY wheelchair accessible?
Yes, iFLY is wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms and viewing areas. However, you should be able to transfer from your wheelchair to the flight chamber with instructor assistance.

### Is it okay to eat before flying?
Certainly, you're welcome to enjoy a meal before your scheduled flight session. You won't experience motion sickness, nausea, or that stomach-dropping feeling during your flight.

### What time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your reservation so you have time to check-in.

### Is breathing difficult?
No, it's quite comfortable. You'll experience a sensation similar to sticking your head out of a car window, feeling the wind on your face. You can breathe normally through your mouth or nose.

### How does it operate?
A vertical wind tunnel utilizes fans at the top to pull air through the flight chamber, which is then pushed down the sides through Return Air Towers. This process passes the air through an inlet contractor, compressing and accelerating it before it reenters the flight chamber. The outcome is a steady column of air that allows you to achieve flight.
