### Where is iFLY Paramus located?
iFLY Paramus is located on Route 4 East near the Bergen Town Center shopping mall at 211 E State RT 4, Paramus, NJ 07652.

### How long is each flight?
Each flight lasts 60 seconds. Your admission includes two (2) one-minute flights. The total experience lasts about 1.5 hours from start to finish, including check-in, training, flight time, and time after your flight to remove gear and look at photos and video if interested.

### Is there a weight restriction?
Yes, flyers must not exceed 300 lbs. Individuals weighing between 260–300 lbs are subject to additional evaluation by the local staff to determine if they can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.

### Is there a height restriction?
Yes, flyers must be at least 40 inches tall to fly at iFLY Paramus.

### Are there any health restrictions?
For your safety and comfort, iFLY will not permit you to fly if you are pregnant or have a hard cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed. Additionally, individuals who have a head, neck, back or shoulder injury, heart condition or other health condition that may impede their ability to participate, should not fly.

### What should I bring?
You should bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your e-ticket either printed or on your mobile phone for check-in.

### When should I arrive?
You should arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time.

### What should I wear?
Flight suits will be worn over your clothes, so casual non-restrictive clothing (preferably pants and a shirt without a collar) should be worn, along with well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Flyers with long hair should secure it back braided or in a low bun to fit the helmet.

### Can I wear my glasses?
Yes, iFLY Paramus has goggles that can fit over most glasses.

### Can I bring my own camera or GoPro?
No, you cannot bring your own camera or GoPro inside the wind tunnel. However, iFLY Paramus offers various photo and video packages that you can purchase to capture your flight experience.
