### Where is iFLY Phoenix?

iFLY Phoenix is located at the Pavilions in the heart of the Talking Stick Entertainment District just off the 101 Freeway in Scottsdale, Arizona.

### Is it similar to traditional skydiving?

iFLY's indoor skydiving facility recreates the freefall portion of a traditional skydive with its recirculating wind flow. Skydivers worldwide use wind tunnels as training facilities because of their similarity to the real thing.

### Is it safe?

The iFLY vertical wind tunnel uses superior technology to produce smooth wall-to-wall airflow that is safe to fly in. Certified flight instructors will ensure safe and enjoyable flight sessions regardless of your experience level.

### What is the duration of each flight?

Each flight within the wind tunnel lasts 60 seconds. Your admission includes two (2) flights, so you will have two (2) turns in the wind tunnel with an instructor lasting 60 seconds each.

### Is there a weight restriction?

Yes, for the safety of customers and instructors alike, iFLY may not accommodate flyers weighing 260–300 lbs without additional evaluation by local staff. Flyers exceeding 300 lbs cannot be accommodated.

### Are there any health restrictions?

Flying is not recommended for pregnant individuals, those with non-removable hard casts/prosthetics, or individuals with head, neck, back, or shoulder injuries. Persons with heart conditions or any condition that might hinder physical activity or elevate injury risk should consult the iFLY team before participating.

### Is there parking and is there a fee?

There is free parking available at the facility.

### Is the experience appropriate for children?

Yes, it is suitable for children as young as 3 years old with guidance from experienced instructors.
