### Where do I board the cruise?

The cruise boards at Flagship Cruises & Events at the Broadway Pier at 990 N. Harbor Drive, between Broadway and Harbor Drive. Check in at the ticket booth with the black awning.

### What time should I arrive?

The ship boards 30 minutes prior to departure. Please allocate enough time to check in at the ticket booth.

### Where should I park?

Flagship Cruises does not have their own parking facilities, but there are several nearby parking options. Parking fees apply; rates vary.

### Is the pier located near public transportation?

Yes, the Broadway Pier is located two blocks from the Santa Fe Depot Train Station & Trolley Stop. When taking a taxi, Uber, Lyft, or Pedicab, ask for the Broadway Pier.

### What should I wear?

There is no official dress code. Guests do tend to dress a bit more formally for the dining cruise.

### Is Smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not allowed on the vessel.

### Will I get seasick?

If you tend to have a problem with motion sickness, there is a chance you could get seasick. It is recommended you take any medication before boarding the vessel. Wrist bands for motion sickness also work well. Either can be purchased at most drug stores.

### What if it rains?

Tours are not necessarily canceled due to rain; however, if there is a wind advisory or weather conditions are deplorable, the tour may be canceled by the captain the morning of. Should your tour be canceled, you can either reschedule your tour for another date or receive a full refund.

### Are the boats safe?

Yes, the vessels are inspected regularly and 100% Coast Guard Certified.

### Do I need a ticket for my toddler?

No, children 3 and under ride free and must be accompanied by an adult.
