### Does Sesame Place Philadelphia have accessible parking?
Yes, accessible parking spaces are located in the Preferred lot near the main entrance. Vehicles should display an accessible parking permit to the parking attendant. It is recommended to arrive early as spaces are limited and often sell out. A wheelchair or ECV can be arranged to be brought to your vehicle based upon availability.

### Are strollers or wheelchairs available to rent?
Yes, large double strollers with seatbelts and canopy are available for all day rental. Wheelchairs and Electric Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis.

### If I need to leave the park to get something out of my car, can I get back into the park?
If you wish to re-enter the park on the day of your visit, have your hand stamped upon exiting. When you return to the park, proceed through the bag check area and enter the park through the Re-entry gate where you will present your hand stamp to the park ambassador. We also suggest saving your admission ticket as well.

### Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?
Lockers are conveniently located at the front of the park near Sky Splash, at the back of the park near The Count's Splash Castle. Lockers are self-service and may be purchased on the day of your visit with either cash or a credit card.

### Are pets allowed?
Service animals are welcome at Sesame Place, limited to trained dogs and miniature horses. They must be leashed or harnessed, housebroken, and under the owner's control at all times. Guests are responsible for cleanup and ensuring their service animal's behavior doesn’t disrupt others. Animals posing safety concerns may result in the guest being asked to leave.

### What amenities are available to parents with infants and toddlers?
Sesame Place offers several amenities for parents with infants and toddlers, including life jackets at water attractions, changing stations in restrooms, stroller rentals, and child ID wristbands available at the Welcome Center. The Family Care Center, located next to Big Bird’s Burger & Bites, offers changing stations, bottle warmers, and serves as a dedicated space for children who may become separated from their parents.

### Is a Child Swap program available?
Yes, Sesame Place offers a Child Swap program on select dry attractions. This program is ideal for families when one adult needs to ride with multiple children, but the entire party can't ride together. At the front of the line, the adult rides with one child while the other waits with a non-rider. After the ride, the children switch, allowing the adult to ride again without rejoining the line. Note that Sesame Place ambassadors cannot supervise children or participate in the program; a member of your party must manage the swap. Child Swap is not available on water attractions.

### What is the park's weather policy?
The park has a Sunny Day Guarantee policy that allows guests to exchange their paid admission ticket for a Sunny Day Ticket if weather affects ride operations or impacts the park’s operating hours. The Sunny Day Ticket is valid for a return visit to the park on any operating day within one year of the issue date. Visit Guest Relations or the Welcome Center upon leaving the park to exchange your ticket for a Sunny Day Ticket. You can also visit Sesame Place website within one week of your visit date to submit a Sunny Day Guarantee claim. The Sunny Day Guarantee does not apply to Season Passes, chaperone, and complimentary tickets. Refunds are not issued for weather.

### Is smoking permitted inside the park?
Sesame Place offers guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted outside the front gate.

### Is there a specific dress code?
Guests must wear appropriate clothing while in the park, including shirts, shoes, and pants or shorts. Clothing with suggestive or offensive language is not permitted. Shoes are required on all mechanical rides. For all water attractions, proper swimwear must be worn and swim diapers are required for all diaper-dependent guests. Water shoes are recommended. Swimsuits, water shoes, and swim diapers are available for purchase inside the park.

### Can I save a seat for the parade?
To give all guests an equal opportunity to view the parade, the park does not allow the use of unattended blankets, strollers, bags or towels as a means of saving seats. All unattended items will be taken to the Welcome Center.

### Am I allowed to bring any items with me on attractions?
Loose articles, such as hats, glasses, cameras, and bags are not permitted on any of the park's attractions and should be left with a non-rider or in a locker.

### Are there any items that are not permitted in the park?

### Are the water attractions open all year for the season?
No. There are some rides and water attractions that only operate seasonally through the warm summer months. In general, the water attractions will be closed starting in September.

### What is the difference between a One-Day Ticket and One-Day Any Day Ticket?
If you have a specific date in mind to visit, a One-Day Ticket would be the best option for your visit because the pricing will vary based on the date selected. The One-Day Any Day Ticket allow you the flexibility to come to the park on any day you want before it expires.

### Are there ride restrictions? How can I find out which ride or attractions are closed during my visit?
Some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. Please see the park's ride restrictions at the time of visit. You can check the current ride attraction schedule on the park's direct website. The schedule provides up-to-date information on any planned closures, helping you plan your visit accordingly. Attractions close for maintenance to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. Regular maintenance and improvements are necessary to keep the rides in top condition and provide the best possible experience for guests. We do not offer refunds for ride closures. Inclement weather may impact some rides. During these times, there is still plenty of indoor attractions, shops and restaurants to visit until weather passes.
