## Good to Know
* Enjoy a 12-minute ride on San Francisco’s first waterfront wheel in Fisherman’s Wharf.  
* There are no weight, height, or age restrictions.  
* The ride is enjoyable for all ages. Children ages 2 and under are admitted free.  
* Strollers are allowed if they fit inside the gondola; otherwise, you can leave them at the ticket booth.

### Where is SkyStar located?
SkyStar Wheel is located on the waterfront Fisherman's Wharf, between Pier 39 and Boudin Bakery. The historic F-Line streetcar conveniently stops right in front of SkyStar.

### Is there parking?
Bike parking is available on-site. For car parking, the adjacent lot at 2860 Taylor Street is available. Additional parking lots are also located nearby for your convenience.

### How early should I arrive?
General Admission tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be used at any time during operating hours on the date selected. You may arrive anytime that’s convenient for you.

### How long does each ride last?
Rides last approximately 9-12 minutes.

### Is this observation recommended for children?
Yes! Children ages two (2) and below ride free.

### What is the capacity of each gondola?
The Ferris wheel can accommodate 1–6 adults inside each gondola. All riders ages two (2) and above must have their own ticket. Children under 2 years old may sit on an adult's lap.

### Are pets allowed?
Only ADA-defined service animals (specifically dogs) are allowed inside the gondolas.

### Is SkyStar wheelchair accessible?
SkyStar is fully accessible. Please inform the ticketing agent at the kiosk if you need assistance before joining the queue.
