### Are there any restrictions for this tour?

There are none. But please note that the Tuk Tuk has a high step, so tour participants must be able to step in and out of the vehicle. Tour guides have foldaway steps to aid guests that need a leg up.

### What should I wear?

Dress in layers, as the weather in San Francisco is generally chilly and windy. Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored on your lap.

### What should I bring?

Please bring the required car seat or booster seat for any young children and a camera for pictures.

### Where is the meeting location?

Tours meet at 2870 Hyde Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, at the corner of Hyde Street and Jefferson Street next to the Argonaut Hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf. Please meet on the Hyde Street side of the hotel in the white-zone passenger loading area and arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Hotel pick-up is not available.

### Is the tour appropriate for children?

Yes. Children ages 3+ can join the tour, but it is recommended for ages 5+.

### Is the tour wheelchair-accessible?

Unfortunately, the tour cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The vehicles have a high step to get in and out of them.

### Can I bring my own food or beverages?

Only non-alcoholic drinks in screw-top bottles are permitted. Food or alcohol can't be consumed on board the Tuk Tuk.

### How many people can fit in a Tuk Tuk?

A Tuk Tuk seats five (5) people comfortably but is built to seat six (6) people. Please note that children can't seat on the lap. Everyone in your party must have their own seat.

### What happens if it rains or Karl the Fog makes an appearance during the tour?

All the Tuk Tuk vehicles have heated seats and blankets aboard! Ponchos will be offered in case of light rain or drizzle. If tours get canceled due to a rainstorm, management will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Passenger safety remains the top priority.
