There are 175 condominiums completed at this time. 80 are available for nightly rental. ### How many different lodges comprise the units at the Village at Indian Point Resort? There are 16 Lodges in the resort. Each Lodge has 3 levels, with 4 units on each level. Each type of condo has units accessible with no stairs, except Lofts. There are no elevators. ### How many adjoining rooms are available? There are 3 sets of 2 Deluxe Jacuzzi condos that have an adjoining door on the private deck. Must be requested at time of reservation. Subject to availability. Group reservations are placed as near to one another as possible. ### Does the resort have a restaurant on site? There is no restaurant on site, however, there are restaurants nearby and some will deliver. Each condominium has a full kitchen for convenience. ### What is the minimum age to check in? The reservation holder must be 24 years old to check in or 21 years old if married. Guests must provide a matching, valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. ### Does the resort charge a resort fee? Yes. A cleaning fee per stay, per room is collected upon arrival.
